- Once booking details are confirmed, we will arrange the vehicle and driver accordingly
We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak Umrah seasons.

- Cash payment to the driver after completing the ride
- Bank transfer to our company account (before or after the ride, as agreed)

- Currently, we do not offer online payment through our website
- If a customer prefers online payment, they can request our company bank account details and complete the transfer directly
- Payment timing (before or after the ride) may vary depending on mutual agreement
Pricing Policy
- Prices are shared and agreed upon before confirming the booking
- Pricing may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, number of passengers, and travel timing
- There are no hidden charges once the fare is confirmed
Cancellation Policy
- Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation
- Last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority
- In case of driver dispatch or confirmed scheduling, cancellation charges may apply depending on the situation
Delays and Responsibilities
