Free Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their booking free of charge if they inform us in advance
- We recommend informing us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly
Late Cancellation
- If a booking is cancelled at the last moment after driver arrangement or dispatch, it may affect future booking priority
- In certain cases, a small cancellation charge may apply depending on the situation

Refund Policy
When Refunds Apply
Refunds may apply in the following situations:
- If payment was made in advance and the service could not be provided due to our side
- If a booking is cancelled after advance payment and eligible for refund based on agreement
When Refunds May Not Apply
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Last-minute cancellations after driver dispatch
- No-show by the customer at pickup location
- Incorrect booking details provided by the customer
Payment Method Consideration
- Most bookings are paid in cash directly to the driver after the ride, so refunds are generally not required
- If payment was made via bank transfer, any eligible refund will be processed through the same method
No Online Payment Gateway
Currently, we do not process payments through our website.
If a customer chooses to pay in advance, it is done through direct bank transfer to our company account. Any refunds related to such payments will be handled accordingly.
Flight Delays and Changes
We understand that flights can be delayed or rescheduled.
- Customers are requested to inform us about any changes as soon as possible
- We will do our best to adjust pickup timing without additional charges when possible
